What is it for? Bechams veno's expectorant's soothing formula helps clear your chesty cough. This coughs mixture with the original Veno's flavour and added menthol contains a full strength expectorant making it effects for relief of chesty, bronchial coughs.

Beechams Veno's Expectorant loosens phlegm and catarrh and eases congestion. The demulcent action of Beechams Veno's expectorant swiftly soothes and protects sore, irritated throats as well. Because it does not have any sedative effect, Beechams Veno's Expectorant allows you to get on with your normal working day without drowsiness. It may be given with confidence both to adults and children. Relief without drowsiness.

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before taking this medicine. How to take: Adults and Children aged 12 years and over: Fill measure cup to 5 ml mark (one 5ml spoonful) and give one 10ml dose. Repeat the dose every 2 to 3 hours. Children aged 3 to under12 years: Fill measure cup to 5 ml mark (one 5ml spoonful) and give one 5ml dose. Repeat the dose every 2 to 3 hours. Not to be given to children under 3 years except on medical advice. Use with in 6 months of opening

Also includes sodium metabisulphate (E223). Total Sugars content 3.4 g per 5ml.

Each 5 ml dose of syrup contains: Guaiphenesin B.P 100mg. Liquid Glucose 3.0 g. Treacle 1.35 g.
