Import usage instructions: Apply liberally before sun exposure and repeat after 20-30 minutes in the sun. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming and toweling. Avoid intensive midday sun (between llam-3pm). Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Does not provide protection for already burnt skin.
