An oral solution for the symptomatic relief sore throats, coughs, colds and catarrh.

Each 5ml contains 0.5g of sucrose (sugar); this should be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus.

Dosage: For oral use only. Shake bottle before use. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: take 10ml or 15ml (two or three 5ml spoonfuls). Children 6-12 years: 5ml or 10ml (one or two 5ml spoonfuls). Children 3-6 years: 5ml (one 5ml spoonfuls). Not recommended for children under 3 years. The above doses may be taken every 2-3 hours.

Other Ingredients: Sucrose, Liquid Glucose, Caramel (E150), Glycerin, Chloroform, Tragacanth, Benzoin Tincture, Tolu Tincture, Clove Oil, Peppermint Oil, Ginger Oleoresin, Benzoic Acid (E210), Ethanol Purified Water.

Active ingredients: Each 5ml contains: Menthol BP 1mg, Aniseed Oil BP 0.0035ml, Capsicum Tincture BPC 0.025ml.

Storage: Do not store above 25ºC. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date. Warnings: Do not exceed the stated dose. This medicinal product contains .6 vol% ethanol (alcohol), i.e. up to 311mg per dose, equivalent to 7.8ml beer, 3.3ml wine per 15ml dose. Harm full for those suffering from alcoholism. To be taken into account in pregnant or breast-feeding women, children and high-risk groups such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy. Content your doctor before taking if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to sugars; i.e. sucrose or glucose. If you accidentally take too much, experience any unusual side effects or symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
