Olbas is a mixture of essential pure plant oils for relief of bronchial and nasal congestion and heyfever by inhalation, and for symptomatic relief of muscular pain by application to the skin. Non greasy.

Adults and Children aged 2 and over : Inhale 2 or 3 drops from a tissue to clear painful sinuses and nasal congestion.
Supervision may be necessary with young children.
At night sprinkle 2 or 3 drops onto a tissue placed inside a pillowcase for all night relief.
Children 3 months - 2 years : Place 1 drop on a tissue placed out of the child's reach.
Not recommended for babies under 3 months old.
As a Rub : Apply with gentle massage to the painful area 3 times daily.
