Adults and children over 6: Apply to the effected area andslowly massage well into the skin. for muscular strains and stiffness it is best used after a warn bath. Children under 6 : Not recommended.

Also contains : water, lanolin, emulsifying wax, white petroleum jelly, industrial methylated spirit, imidurea, dichlorobenzyl alcohol.

Active ingredient w/w : Menthol B.P. 2.54%, camphor B.P. 1.43% methyl salicylate B.P. 0.42%, Olearesin capsicum 0.005%.
