MIXING THIXO-D ORIGINAL
The following instructions will give you the best results when using Thixo-D Original in a drink:
Fill a glass or cup with a drink, allowing space to add Thixo-D Original and to stir the drink. Begin to stir, using a fork or spoon, and sprinkle Thixo-D Orignal on to the moving liquid. Squeez any bubbles and continue to stir. Gradually add more Thixo-D, stirring steadily, until the drink is of the required thickness.
When thickening food, just sprinkle Thixo-D on top of the food, stir well and leave for 2-3 minutes for the full viscosity to develop.

GUIDELINES FOR USE
It is best to be guided by the recommendations made by the Speech & Language Therapist or Dietitian. If no specific guidelines have been given, the suggestions made in the table below may be helpful. A 15ml scoop is included in each tub of Thixo-D.

Please allow 2-3 minutes for the full viscosity to develop. If the thickness is not what is required, adjust by adding more Thixo-D Orignal or liquid.
