PMS ear plugs come complete with carrying case so you can use them whenever and wherever you are. Simple place in the ear and allow the foam to mould to its correct shape.

Directions for use: Make sure your hands are clean. Roll the ear plug between thumb and forefinger to compress into a thin cylinder. Pull ear up and back to straighten the ear canal. Insert compressed ear plug into ear. The plug will start to expand as soon as you stop rolling it. Use your fingertip to hold the plug in place while it expands. The extent of noise reduction will depend on how well the plug is inserted. To remove ear plugs, twist slowly to break the seal then pull out slowly to avoid ear damage.
