Rub on Method : Always use at first signs of a cold to get maximum benefit.

Adults : Rub liberally onto chest, throat and back - cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.

Children and Babies (over 6 months) : Gently help to rub away the symtoms of your child's cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Inhalation Method : If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt Vicks VapoRub in hot water and inhale the soothing medicated vapours. Melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes.
